Returns and refunds

Scrubs: Unworn, unwashed scrubs with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Hair care: For hygiene reasons, LaReina Hair Oil can't be returned once opened. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Store credit only: We do not offer refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive store credit for the item's purchase price to use on any future LaReina order. Original shipping charges are not credited.

Damaged or incorrect items: If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue store credit.
